42.

       Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns against all Manner of Persons whatsoever
       shall & will for ever Warrant and defend by these Presents And the said Henry
       Greenfield Sothoron for himself his heirs Executors & Administrators further Covenants
       & Agrees to and with the said Richard Henderson his Heirs and Assigns that he the said
       Henry Greenfield Sothoron and his Heirs Executors & Administrators in case the said
       Tract of Land Called the Grange shall at any Time hereafter be Legally taken from the
       said Richard Henderson his heirs or Assigns or that he the said Richard Henderson
       his Heirs or Assigns shall be Legally evicted or dispossessed thereof that then the
       said Henry Greenfield Sothoron his heirs Executors or Administrators shall repay to the
       said Richard Henderson his Heirs or Assigns the aforesaid Three hundred & fifty pounds
       Sterling Money of Great Brittain immediately when demanded after such Eviction
       or Dispossession aforesaid And upon the repayment of the said Three hundred & fifty
       Pounds sterling by the said Henry Greenfield Sothoron his heirs Executors or Administrators
       to the said Richard Henderson his Heirs or Assigns when Demanded by the sid
       Richard Henderson his Heirs or Assigns after such Eviction or Dispossession as
       aforesaid then the said Richard Henderson his Heirs or Assigns that Reconvey unto
       the said Henry Greenfield Sothoron and his heirs all the Right & Title of him the
       Grange with the Premisses & Appurtenances   In Witnesses whereof the said
       Henry Greenfield Sothoron hath set his hand and affixed his seal to these
       Presents the day & year first above written
             Signed sealed & Delivered in the

          presence of us (having been first stampd)
          according to Law
                Tho.s Greenfield & Mev.l Lock

                         On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was Wrote as follows to Wit
      
       Maryland Saint Mary's County fs.t
                                                             Be it remembered that on the
       Twelfth day of July in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred & sixty three
       personally appeared before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices
       of the Peace for the County afd Henry Greenfield Sothoron party to the
