       that the said Henry Greenfield Sothoron for & in Consideration of the sum of
       Three hundred & Fifty pounds sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand paid by
       the said Richard Henderson the receipt whereof he the said Henry Greenfield Sothoron
       doth hereby acknowledged and thereof and of and from every part & parcel thereof doth
       Exonerate acquit & discharge the said Richard Henderson his Heirs Executors Administrators
       & Assigns hath granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed & Confirmed and by these presents
       he the said Henry Greenfield Sothoron for himself & his heirs Doth grant Bargain sell
       Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Richard Henderson his heirs and Assigns all that
       Tract or Parcel of Land Called the Grange situate lying and being formerly in Charles
       County but now in Prince Georges County on the North side of the Eastern Branch
       of Potomack River Granted by Patent bearing date the Tenth day of September in the Year
       of our Lord sixteen hundred & Eighty Five unto Henry Jowles for Five hundred Acres
       of Land more or less together with all Houses Fences Orchards Woods Underwoods Meadows
       Waters Water Courses Cultivations & Improvements on the same Tract of Parcel of Land
       being or thereto belonging or deemed to belong or in any wise appertaining or deemed to appertain
       with the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues & Profits
       thereof and of every Part and parcel thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use
       Trust Property Claim & Demand whatsoever of him the said Henry Greenfield Sothoron
       of in or to the same or any part or parcel thereof   To have and To hold
       all and singular the aforesaid Tract of Land with all & singular the Premisses &
       Appurtenances there unto Belonging or Deemed to belong or in any wise appertaining
       or deemed to appertain unto him the said Richard Henderson his heirs & assigns
       to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Richard Henderson his heirs & assigns
       and to and for no other Use intent or purpose whatsoever   And the said Henry
       Greenfield Sothoron for himself his heirs Executors & Administrators hereby Covenants
       & Agrees to and with the said Richard Henderson his heirs & assigns that the aforesaid
       Tract of Land called the Grange is free and Clear of all Incumbrances whatsoever and
       that he the said Henry Greenfield Sothoron his heirs Executors & Administrators the afd
       Tract of Land free and Clear of all Incumbrances whatsoever (except any Damage
       it may sustain from a tract of Land Called the Inclosure) unto him the said
