416 the Appurtenances and of every Part and Parcell thereof to the uses intents and Purposes herein after set down expressed and declared and to no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever that is to say to the use of the said Stanley Robins and his Heirs forever In Witness whereof the Parties ^af.d have^ to these Presents sett their Hands and Seals interchangeably the day and Year first above Written Jonas Green Seal Sealed and Delivered Stanley Robins Seal In Presence of Geo Steuart William Steuart On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Be it remembered that on the twentieth day of September 1764 Personally Appeared before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Jonas Green and Stanley Robins Parties to the within Indenture and did Acknowledge the same Indenture to be their Act and Deed and for the Uses and Purposes within mentioned In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day & Year above mentioned Geo Steuart Recorded the 20.th September 1764 5 sd Ex.d This Indenture made the 21.st day of September in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Sixty four Between Matthew Tilghman of Talbot County in the Province of Maryland Gent of the one Part and Elizabeth Haddaway of Talbot County and Province aforesaid Widow of the other Part Whereas the said Matthew Tilghman did at the Provincial Court held at Annapolis on the second Tuesday of September Instant upon a Writ of entry Surdisseisin enlepost before the Justices of the same Court recover by common recovery against the said Elizabeth Haddaway all that Parcell of Plantable Land being Part of a Tract of Land and Lostock lying and being in Talbot County (afd) |
