E.d This Indenture made the twentieth of September in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Sixty four Between Jonas Green of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one Part and Stanley Robins of Talbot County ^and Province aforesaid^ Gentleman of the other Part Whereas the said Jonas Green did at the Provincial Court held at Annapolis on the second Tuesday of September Instant upon a Writ of Entry sur disseisin enlepost before the Justices of our Provincial ^the same^ Court recover by common Recovery against the said Stanley Robins all those Plantable Lands called Smiths Clifts and part of Holm Hill which William Robins late of Talbot County af.d ^Gentleman^ Purchased of Jacob Wooters Containing two hundred and thirty five Acres And also all those Plantable Lands called Rich Range Rich Range Addition Fragment and Holm Hill which came to the said William Robins by Decent from his Brother John Robins Containing seven hundred and twenty Acres And also all that part of a Tract of Plantable Land called Coallen which the said William Robins Purchased of Abner Dudley Containing two hundred Acres all which Lands are lying and being in Talbot County on the Nothern Main Branch of Choptank River called Tuckahoe Creek with the Appurtenances in which Recovery the said Stanley Robins did vouch to Warranty the common Vouchee whereby a Good and Perfect common recovery with simple Voucher of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances According to the usual form of common recoverys was had against the said Stanley Robins and his Heirs as by the Record thereof remaining in the said Provincial Court it doth more at large Appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth and it is hereby declared that the true intent and meaning of all the Parties to the said Recovery and to these Presents was before and at the time of the said recovery and yet is that the said Recovery and the Execution thereof should and shall be and enure and be Construed judged and taken to be and enure that the said Recoveror and his Heirs should and shall stand and be seised of the said Premisses with (the) |
