       Indenture Witnesseth that for the settling and delivering the Intent use and Purpose
       of the said recovery so as aforesaid had and suffered and for and in Consideration of the
       sum of five shillings Sterling Money to him the said John Rogers by the said Gerrard Truman
       Greenfield in hand Paid before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the
       receipt whereof the said John Rogers doth hereby Acknowledge and therefrom Acquit
       and Discharge the said Gerrard Truman Greenfield his Executors Administrators
       & Assigns and every of them by these Presents It is covenanted Granted and
       Agreed and Declared by and between the Parties to these Presents that the said common
       recovery so as aforesaid had and suffered of the said mentioned Premises and
       every Part and Parcell thereof shall and is hereby intended to be and enure and shall
       be Adjudged construed Deemed and taken and is meant and intended and is hereby
       declared to be and enure and the recoveror in the said recovery named and his Heirs
       shall stand and be seised of the several Tracts of Parcells of Land aforesaid and Premises
       with the Appurtenances and every part and Parcell of the same ^them^ and each and
       every of them to and for the only Proper use and behooffe of him the said Gerrard Truman
       Greenfield his Heirs and Assigns forever and to and for no other use intent or Purpose
       whatsoever    In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably
       set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above Written

                                           On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within
       named Gerrard Truman Greenfield the sum of five shillings Sterling Money being
       the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him Paid to me
