       and more sure making the said Bargained Premises to the said Greenbury
       Grififth his Heirs and Assigns forever Provided the same Deed Contain no
       other more General Warrant then ^is^ herein contained In Witness whereof the
       Party first above Written have hereunto Interchangeably set his hand and Affixed
       his Seal the day and Year above Written
       Signed Sealed & Delivered

          On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       Aug.st 31 1764  Then received the sum of One hundred and seven Pounds ten
       shillings Sterling Money being the Consideration for the within Land and Premises

                                           Aug.st 31 1764  Then came James Crow before us the
       Subscribers and Acknowledged the within Instrument as his Act and Deed and
       the Land and Premises therein contained to be the Right and Estate of the within
       named Greenbury Griffith his Heirs and Assigns forever According to the true
       Intent and Meaning thereof According to ^an^ the Act of Assembly in such Case
       made and Provided and at the same time Came Mary Crow the Wife
       of said James Crow and being Privately examined out of the hearing of her
       Husband Acknowledged that She gave up all her right Title and Interest
       of in and to the said Land and Premises unto him the aforesaid Greenbury
       Griffith his Heirs and Assigns freely and Willingly and without any fear
       of the threats or Displeasure of her Husband before us two of his Ldships
       Justices of Ann Arundel County Court

       Sept.r 12.th 1764 Received of M.r Greenberry      H Ridgeley
       Griffith four^teen^ shillings and six Pence one half
       Penny sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation fine on the within
8 1/2 sd  Land by virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq his said Lordships Agent
       and receiver General (Recorded the 12.th Sept.r 1764)      Benj.a Beall
