       South one degree east On hundred and nine Perches Then South ten degrees east
       Twenty Perches Then South fifty three degrees and a half West One hundred
       and Sixty four Perches Then South forty Perches Then South forty degrees east
       thirty four Perches Then east Sixty Perches Then North Seventy six degrees east eighty
       six Perches Then North fifteen degrees West One hundred and ten Perches Then
       North forty degrees east forty Perches Then North nine degrees east One hundred
       and thirty five Perches then North forty nine degrees east One hundred and sixteen
       ^Perches^ then North thirty three degrees east Sixty Perches Then by a streight line to the first
       Begining Containing and laid out for three hundred and Sixty three Acres of
       Land more or less together with all and Singular the aforesaid Tract of Land
       To have and to hold the said Bargained Land and Premisses with their
       and every of their Appurtenances and every Part and Parcell thereof to him the
       said Greenbury Griffith his Heirs and Assigns forever to the only Proper use
       and behoof of him the said Greenbury Griffith his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns for ever and it is further Covenanted Granted and Agreed by
       and between the said James Crow & Greenbury Griffith that the said James Crow
       his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns the said land and Premisses with
       their Appurtenances unto him the said Greenbury Griffith his Heirs and Assigns
       from and against him the said James Crow his Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns and all manner of Persons Claiming by from or under him will
       for ever Warrant and Defend and further that he the said James Crow
       and his Heirs shall and upon request & at the Charges in the Law of him
       the said Greenbury Griffith his Heirs or Assigns make do suffer Acknowledge and
       execute any other or further Act or Acts thing or things in the law Whatsoever
       that shall by the said Greenbury Griffith his Heirs or Assigns his or their Council
       learned in the law be reasonably Devised Advised or required For the better
