       and sound ^in his^ Senses judgment which Will so made on Death bed if not set a side already
       by the Proper Judges it is my will that my within Attorney Act in that respect
       as fully as he is impowered respecting the other Will made by my Son while in
       Health In Witness ^Testimony^ whereof I have hereunto which is writt with my own Hand
       set my hand and Seal at Perth the twenty eighth day of April the sixteenth day
       of Aprill in the Year sixteen hundred and Sixty four

       Maryland Baltimore County Sc.t   Personally came and Appear
                before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County
       aforesaid Robert Hunter and Robert Bryce two of the Subscribing Witnesses
       to the within and above Letter of Attorney and being sworn on the Holy Evangels
       of Almighty God depose and say that they were Present at the Execution of
       the within Letter of Attorney ^in Scotland^ in Great Britain and did see and hear the within
       and above named Thomas Bisset sign Seal and Deliver the within as his Act
       and Deed to and for the uses intents and Purposes within mentioned and
       that ^they^ the Deponents did write their names as Witnesses thereto And that the
       named Robert Hunter and Robert Bryce indorsed as Witnesses within and
       above to the Execution of this Letter of Attorney are Severally of the Deponents's
       Hand Writing take and Sworn to the 30.th day of August 1764

       Jacob Bourdillon of London Hatmaker & Hosier third son of the said Benedict
       Bourdillon Deceased & Jane Bourdillon of London Widow & Relict of the
