       and every Part of the Premises and Whatever he shall do or cause to be Done therein
       shall Ratify Conform Allow and hold firm and Valid as if I myself were
       Personally Present and did the same In Testimony whereof I have hereunto
       set my Hand and Seal at Perth the sixteenth day of April Seventeen hundred
       and Sixty four Years and of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third
       of Great Britain France and Ireland King the fourth Year
       Signed Sealed and Delivered               Tho Bisset      Seal
       (being Writ on Paper duly Stamped)
       in Presence of
       Witness Robt Bryce
       Witness Rob.t Hunter         On the back of the aforegoing Power of Attorney
       Witness Pat Miller         was thus Written Viz.t
       Witness Jo Buchan

                                     I John Steuart present Provost and Chieff Magistrate
       of the Royal Burgh of Perth North Britain Do hereby Certifie that the before named
       and Designed Thomas Bisset Did ^sign^ Seal and deliver the before writen Power of Attorney
       before the Witnesses thereto Subscribing in my Presence and I and Patrick Miller
       Towne Clerk Depute of the said Burrow of Perth and Notary Publick Do hereby Certify
       and Attest that it Consists with our knowledge that the Granter of the aforegoing
       Power of Attorney is Thomas Bisset ^of Glenalbert Father of the deceased Thomas Bisset within therein mentioned^ therein mentioned In Witness ^Testimony^ whereof we have
       Subscribed these Presents At Perth the sixteenth day of April Seventeen hundred and
       sixty four Pounds ^Years^ and I the said John Steuart have hereunto Caused Affixed
       the Great Common Seal of the said Burgh of Perth

       Whereas I am informed that the within named ^mentioned^ James Bisset my Sone on
       his Death bed when out of his senses by the Violence of his Disorder it was
       Constrained and Importuned to Dictate or is said to have Dictated one other
       Will differing in Part from the Will which he wrote with his own hand in
       the Year one Thousand seven hundred and fifty when he was in Health
