       and by these Presents do Constitute Advise Appoint and in our Place and Stead put
       Daniel Dulany of Annapolis ^in^ Maryland Barrister at law and Walter Dulany
       of the same Place Esquire our ^true &^ lawfull Attornies and Attorney jointly and Severally
       and the Survivor of them hereby giving to the said Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany
       in Manner aforesaid full Power and Authority to treat agree for dispose of sell convey
       and Assure all Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Chattells real Scituate lying
       and being in the Province of Maryland belonging unto us all and every or any
       of us or wherein or whereunto We every or any of us have any Right Title Interest
       or Demand whatsoever at law or in Equity and all and every sum or sums of Money
       which shall or may arise and be received upon or under such Agreement or Sale by the
       said Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany or either of them to remitt Transmitt
       or pay unto William Janssen of Cheshunt in the County of Hertford in England
       for and on ^the^ behalf of us and each and every of us and we & every and each of us do also
       by these Presents Impower and Authorize our said Attorneys or Attorney and each
       of them and the Survivor of them to Ask for Demand Collect receive and
       (if Necessary) sue for in any Court of Record in the Province of Maryland
       all sum and sums of Money or other Matter or thing due owing or belonging to
       us every and each of us and do Act and execute every and other matter and thing
       in and Concerning the Premisses which they our said Attorney and Attorneys and
       each of them and the Survivor of them shall judge or Deem expedient & fitting
       to be Done for us and our behalf hereby ratifying and Confirming whatsoever our
       said Attorney and Attorneys or either of them shall lawfully do Act and execute
       in or Concerning the Premises or any Part thereof In Witness whereof we
       the aforesaid Parties have hereunto Affixed our hands & Seals this Twenty forth
       day of February in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and
       sixty four and in the fourth Year of his Majestys Reign
