       Virtue of these Presents to any Person or Persons who shall be willing ^to^ Purchase
       the same at the highest Price or Prices that can be got and upon Sale thereof
       in whole or in part such sale or Sales and Deeds and Conveyances for me
       and in my name as my Act and Deed to sign Seal Deliver execute and
       Acknowledge and to ^do^ and Perform all and every Act and Acts and execute all
       and every Deed or Deeds Conveyances and Assurances in the law as may
       be Necessary and requisite for the Perfecting and executing Compleating such
       sale of Sales and Transferring the Right and Property of the ^Lands^ Stock Slaves
       and other Estates real and Personal aforesaid with their Appurtenances Increase
       and Produce thereof so to be Sold unto such Person or Persons as
       shall become or may become the Purchasor or Purchasors of the same or
       any Part of them and upon executing such Sale or Sales or other Acts
       in my behalf and for my use to Give receipts for the Money to be Paid as the
       Consideration or Prices of such Sale or Sales or in Case the Premisses cannot
       be Sold then to Lease re lease Demise lett and Sett out the same or
       any part thereof for any Term or Number of Years not Exceeding three
       Years to any Person or Persons at and for the highest rent and rents that
       may or can be Got for the same and under such Covenants Provisos
       and Agreements as are usual or shall be Conserted upon betwixt my said
       Attorney and the Lessee or Lessees of the Premisses and for me and in
       my name to sign Seal execute and Deliver such Leess or Lessees thereof
       or any Part of the same for that Purpose as may or shall be Necessary
       and to Uplift and receive the rents issues and Profitts then from time
       to time to use and take all Necessary and legal Steps by Action Distress
       or Otherways for the obtaining and recovering Payment of the same
       or the Arrears and Rests thereof or to Compound for the same as he
       shall see fitt and Generally to do and Act in all and Singular the
       Premisses as my said Attorney shall Judge Proper hereby Granting unto
       my said Attorney my full Power and Authority in all and
