402 and lawfull Attorney for me and in my name and for my use to Ask Demand uplift Lievy and receive of and from all and every Person or Persons whom it doth may or shall Concern all and every sum and sums of Money Debts Goods Wares Merchandizes Chattells and Effect whatsoever due oweing or belonging to me in my own Right or which were due owing or belonging to the said James Bisset Deceast together with all Sundry Bonds Bills Accompts Notes Vouchers and all other Writings Whatsomever due owing or belonging wherein I have any Interest or wherein my son had any title or Interest in his lifetime and upon receipt of the same to Grant Sign and deliver such Discharges Acquittances and Renunciations as shall be judged Necessary and in Case of not Payment or not Delivery of the same for me and in my name ^behalf^ to sue for Prosecute and recover the Subjects and Writings aforesaid According to Law and also for me and in my name and for my use to enter upon and take Possession of all every and any of the Messuages Lands Tenements Slaves servants and Hereditaments in the County & Province aforesaid which the said James Bisset my son died vested and seased of or were in his Possession at the Time of his Death and which upon his Death Descended to me in Consequence of his last Will and Settlement and if need be to sue for Prosecute and recover the same According to law and for me to Prosecute Answer and defend in all and every the Courts and before all or any Lords Judges or Justices In the County and Province aforesaid And in all and every Action Plea or Suit relating to all or any Part of the Premisses and for that Purpose to Appoint one or more Attorney or Attorneys under him and the same at Pleasure to revoke and others again to Appoint as need shall require or as he shall think Proper And I do also ^hereby^ impower my said Attorney to sell or dispose of all or any Part of such Messuages Lands Tenements Stock Slaves Hereditaments and Page 200 Thom.s Bisset Seal and other Estate Whatsomever Real or Personal belonging to me as having Right in Manner aforesaid or that belonged to my Son at his Decease Seperatly or together as he shall enter upon or Possess himself of by (virtue |
