399 John Taylor Doth Grant Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns forever all the one half of the Tract of Land called Roses Chance lying and being in Dorchester County Supposed to contain forty two Acres of Land be the same more or less Also two hundred Acres of Land being part of the Tract of Land called the Addition to Roses Chance lying and being in the County aforesaid Adjoining to Hodsons Creek which was laid out to the said John Taylor for four hundred Acres of Land more or less Also all that Tract of Land called Littleworth lying and being in the County aforesaid Begining at a marked White Oak Standing on the east side of Hodsons Creek and at the head of a Cove called Called Willis's Cove that makes out of the said Creek just above where William Willis lives then runs as follows North eighteen degrees West Twelve Perches South eighty three degrees West thirty two Perches North Twenty degrees West fourteen Perches North thirty six degrees West forty eight Perches North Twenty six degrees and fourteen Perches North seventy four degrees East Twenty Twenty four Perches South eighty six degrees east Twelve Perches South thirty nine degrees east forty two Perches North eighty degrees east fifty six Perches South Seventy one degrees east forty four Perches South forty Perches then by a Streight line to the first begining Containing forty nine Acres of Land more or less which said Land ^are^ now in Possession of the said John Taylor with all and singular the Edifices Improvements and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or which are or may be Deemed to belong to the same and the reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and other Profits of the said Premisses hereby Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and of every Part and Parcell thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever both in Law and equity of the said John Taylor therein and thereunto To have and to hold the said Lands and Premisses above mentioned To Occupy Possess and enjoy and all and singular other Premisses (herein) |
