       or Parcell of Land commonly known by the name of of Whitehall and after
       such entry to deliver for us and in oar name full and Peaceable Possession of and
       in the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land with all its Appurtenances to Horatio
       Sharpe Esquire and his Heirs According to the force form Tenor and effect of a
       Certain Deed by us to the said Horatio Sharpe and his Heirs made whose
       date is the same with his Power of Attorney as by inspection whereof will more
       fully and at large Appear   In Witness whereof We have hereunto set our hands
       and Seals the fourth day of September 1764

Ex.d   This Indenture made the eleventh day of June in the Year of our Lord one
       Thousand Seven hundred and sixty four Between John Taylor son of John Senior
       of Dorchester County in the Province of Maryland Merchant of the one Part
       and Nicholas Maccubbin of the City of Annapolis Merchant of the other
       Part Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the sum of Two hundred
       and Seventy ^forty^ eight Pounds seventeen shillings and seven Pence Current in him
       the said John Taylor in hand Paid at or before the ensealing and delivery
       hereof by the said Nicholas Maccubbin well and Truly Paid the receipt whereof
       the said John Taylor Doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom
       and of every Part and Parcell thereof Doth Clearly Acquit release and
       Discharge the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns and every of them forever by these Presents the said
