       Performed fullfilled and Accomplished Paid and kept Comprised or mentioned
       in Certain Actions ^Articles^ of Agreements bearing date with these Presents and made
       or expressed to be made between the said Coverdale Richardson of the one
       Part and the said Charles Ridgeley of the other Part in all things According
       to the True Intent and meaning of the same Then this Present Obligation to be
       Void and of none Effect or else to be and remain in full force and Virtue
       Sealed and Delivered (being first                           Charles Ridgeley   seal

Ex.d   This Indenture made the fourth day of September in the Year of our
       Lord Christ Seventeen hundred and Sixty four   Between the Vestrymen and
       Church Wardens of the Parish of St Margaret Westminster in Ann Arundel
       County in Maryland of the first Part William West Rector and Minister
       of the same Parish of the second Part and Horatio Sharpe of the County
       aforesaid Esquire of the third Part Whereas Charles Greenberry of Ann Arundel
       County Esquire in or about the Year Seventeen hundred and ten died seised
       and Possessed of an Estate of Fee Simple of and in all that Tract ^or Parcell^ of Land Origionally
       called Fuller and now commonly known by the name of Whitehall
       Scituate lying and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid on the West side
       of Chesepeak Bay and on the North side of a Creek called Homewoods Creek
       And the said Charles Greenberry by his last Will and Testament duely Proved
       and Registered devised the same Tract or Parcell of Land (by the name
       and Description of all that his Plantation called Whitehall and the Land
       thereto belonging unto the Vestry of the Parish aforesaid (by the name
       of the Vestry of Westminster Parish) for the better Support and
                                                                                     Maintenance
