391 of the Staves and broken Stowage and Primage and Portage In Witness whereof the said Parties have hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered Coverdale Richardson s (being first duly Stampt) in Presence of Charles Ridgeley s Jn.o Wilkinson Abra.s Ogier Notar.s Pub.s 1763 6 sd Recorded the 6th September 1764 Ex.d Know all men by these Presents that I Charles Ridgeley of Maryland in America Mariner am held and firmly bound unto Coverdale Richardson of Tower Hill London Merchant in the Penal sum of Four Thousand Pounds of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain to be Paid to the said Coverdale Richardson or his certain Attorney Executors Administrators or Assigns for which Payment to be well and faithfully made I bind myself my Heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these Presents Sealed with my Seal dated the thirtieth Day of April in the third Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith and in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and Sixty three The Condition of this Obligation is such that if the above Bounden Charles Ridgeley his Heirs Executors and Administrators or Assigns do well and Truly Observe Perform fullfill Accomplish Pay and keep all and Singular the Covenants Grants Articles Clauses Provisions Payments Conditions and Covenants Agreements Whatsoever which on the Part and behalf of the said Charles Ridgeley his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns are or ought to be Observed Performed |
