       Maintenance of a Minister in the same Parish and to their Successors forever
      
          And Whereas at a Session of Assembly begun and held at the City
       of Annapolis on or about the fourth day of October in the Year of our Lord
       Seventeen hundred and Sixty three the Rector Vestrymen and Church Wardens
       and Sundry of the Principal Inhabitants and Freeholders of the said Parish
       by their humble Petition to the said Assembly set forth their being seised
       of the said Land and that it was very inconveniently Scituated in an extreme
       Part of the said Parish near a Place called Sandy Point and Prayed that
       an Act might Pass to enable the Rector Vestrymen and Churchwardens
       of the said Parish to sell the said Land for the uses therein mentioned
       Whereupon An Act of the Assembly aforesaid was made and Passed
       whereby the Vestrymen and Church Wardens aforesaid or the Major
       Part of them were impowered to Sell and Dispose of and Convey in fee Simple
       to the Person that should bid the highest Price and not under three
       hundred Pounds Sterling the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land within
       Twelve Months from the end of the said Session at Public Vendue
       giving two Months notice of the said Sale in the Maryland Gazette
       as by the said Act entituled An Act to enable the Rector Vestrymen and
       Church Wardens of the Parish of St Margarets Westminster in Ann
       Arundel County for the Time being to sell a Tract of land therein mentioned
       and to Apply the Produce Money arising by such Sale towards
       the Purchase of another Peice of Land to be made a Glebe for the use of
       the Incumbent of that Parish and his Successors may Appear And
       Whereas the said Land hath since in Pursuance of and Agreeable in
       all things to the Directions of the said Act been Sold and Disposed
       of at Publick Vendue to the said Horatio Sharpe for the sum
       of three hundred and five Pounds sterling being the highest Price
       bid therefor two Months notice of such intended Sale being first
