       four Pounds ten shilling and four Pence sterling and thirteen Pounds Twelve Shillings
       and six pence Current Money to him in hand paid by the said Thomas Richardson at or
       before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge
       and thereof and therefrom and of and from every Part and Parcel thereof doth hereby release
       acquit and discharge the said Thomas Richardson his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       Hath given granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and Confirmed and by
       these Presents Doth give grant bargain sell alien release enfeof and Confirm
       unto him the said Thomas Richardson his heirs and Assigns All that Tract or Parcel
       of Land lying and being in Frederick County aforesaid called Inishewin containing
       Eighty Acres of Land more or less Together with all houses Buildings Gardens Orchards
       Ways Waters Water Courses Timber Trees Woods Under woods Commodities Priviledges Improvemen.ts
       Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tract of Land belonging or appertaining
       and the reversion and revertions Remainder and remainders Rents Issues and Profits of
       the said Tract of Land and of every Part and Parcel thereof And all the Estate Right
       Title Use Trust Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Archibald
       Macnabb of into or out of the same Tract of Land and Premisses with the appurtenances

          To have and To hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses with its app Rights
       Members and Appurtenances to him the said Thomas Richardson his Heirs and Assigns
       to the only Proper Use and Behoof of him the said Thomas Richardson his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Provided always
       that If the said Archibald Macnabb his heirs Executors or Administrators do and shall well
       and truly Pay to the aforesaid Thomas Richardson his Executors Administrators or Assigns
       the aforesaid sume of One hundred and Twenty four Pounds ten shillings and four Pence
       sterling and thirteen pounds Twelve shillings and six pence Current Money at or before the
       first day of April next then this present Indenture and every Clause Article and thing
       therein Contained shall cease determine and become void any thing herein before contained
       to the Contrary thereof Notwithstanding   And the said Archibald Macnabb for himself his
       heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant Promise grant and agree to and
       with the said Thomas Richardson his Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the
       said Archibald Macnabb will well and truly pay to him the said Thomas Richardson
       his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid sums of One hundred and Twenty
       four Pounds ten shillings and four Pence sterling and thirteen Pounds Twelve shillings
       and six pence Current Money with legal Interest on the said sums of Money
