388 Constituted & Appointed as aforesaid have hereunto Affixed their Hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written Sealed and Delivered in the W.m Woodward Seal Presence of (the following Words Viz.t Mary Holmes Seal the Words William between the 23.d & 24.th lines the Word was between the 52.d & 53.d lines the Words or Share between the 99.th and 100.th lines and the Word William between the 157.th & 158.th lines being first Interlined) Lloyd Dulany John Lowe On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received on the day and Year within Written of the within named Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany & Charles Carroll the Younger the sum of one hundred and fifty nine Pounds Sterling being the Consideration Money within mentioned on my own behalf and for Mary Holmes within mentioned as her Attorney Test Lloyd Dulany W.m Woodward John Lowe On the Twenty third day of February 1764 Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named William Woodward who after Producing and exhibiting a Copy of the Instrument of Procuration or Letter of Attorney from and executed by the within named Mary Holmes attested by the Clerk of the Provincial Court the said Instrument being among the Records of the said Court) for and on his own behalf & in the name & on the behalf of the said Mary Holmes as her Attorney Acknowledged the within Deed According to the form of the Act of Assembly |
