       and each of them or belonging in anywise Appertaining or which now
       are or formerly have been accepted reputed used Occupied or enjoyed to or
       with the same or as Part Parcell or Member thereof or any Part thereof
       & the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Services
       and Profitts of the said Premisses and of every part and Parcell thereof with
       the Appurtenances To have and to hold all and Singular and each
       and every of the Premisses unto the said Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll
       Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany & Walter Dulany &
       Charles Carroll the Younger their Executors Administrators and Assigns
       from the first day of this Instant for and during and untill the full end and
       Term of one whole Year thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat
       and ending Yielding and Paying therefore one Pepper Corn in & upon
       the feast of Saint Michael the Archangel if Demanded To the intent
       and Purpose that by the virtue of these Presents & the Force
       & Operation of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession they the
       said Benjamin Tasker ^Charles Carroll^ Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel
       Dulany Walter Dulany & Charles Carroll the Younger may be in
       the Actual Possession of all and Singular the Premisses & thereby be
       enabled to accept and take a Grant and release of the Reversion &
       Inheritance thereof to them and their Heirs to their only Proper use
       ^and behoof^ In Witness whereof the said William Woodward on his own Proper behalf
       and the said Mary Holmes by the said William Woodward her
       Attorney constituted and Appointed as aforesaid have hereunto Affixed
       their Hands and Seals the day and Year first above Written
