       30.th July 1764  Received the sum of seven shillings Sterling being the Alienation
       fine for the within Lands for the use of the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore

Ex.d      This Indenture made this Tenth day of February in the Year of our Lord One
       Thousand seven hundred and Sixty four Between William Woodward of the
       City of Annapolis Gentleman in his own Right and Mary Holmes of Newington
       Butts in the County of Surry in the Kingdom of England Widow by
       the said William Woodward his Attorney for that Purpose lawfully Constituted
       and Appointed on the one Part And Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll Charles
       Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany and Walter Dulany of the City
       of Annapolis Esquires & Charles Carroll the Younger of Prince Georges County Esquire
       on the other Part Witnesseth that the said William Woodward & Mary Holmes
       for and in Consideration of the sum of five shillings of Lawfull British Money
       to them in hand Paid by the other Parties to these Presents the Receipt whereof is
       hereby Acknowledged have Granted Bargained & Sold & by these Presents do
       Grant Bargain and Sell unto the aforesaid Benjamin Tasker Charles Carroll
       Charles Carroll Barrister at Law Daniel Dulany Walter Dulany and Charles
       Carroll the Younger all those two Tracts or Parcells of Land Scituate lying
       and being with the Appurtenances in Baltimore County called or known
       by the names ofollowing that is to say the Lands of Goshea and Cannons
       Delight together with all the Rights Members and Appurtenances & all
       Houses Edifices Buildings Meadows Trees Woods Underwoods Ways
       Paths Waters Water Courses Easements Profits Commodities Improvements
       Advantages Emoluments and Hereditaments Comprehended within the
       Bounds limits and extent of the said Tracts or Parcells of Land
                                                                                                    (and)
