373 Time and to revoke the same as he shall think Proper for the conveying these Presents into Execution or Touching or concerning the Premisses as my said Attorney shall think proper And I do hereby give and Grant unto my said Attorney full Power and Authority to do and cause to be Done all and every Act Matter and thing Whatsoever touching relating to or anywise concerning the Premisses in every respect in as full Ample and Beneficial manner to all Intents and Purposes as I myself could do if Personally presents and as my said Attorney shall think proper to do or cause to be Done in and about the Premisses for my use and benefit And I do hereby Allow Ratify and Confirm all and Whatsoever my said Attorney shall or may Lawfully do or cause to be Done in and about the Premisses by Virtue of these Presents In Witness whereof I the said John Steuart have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Nineteenth Day of August in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Sixty three Sealed and Delivered (being first duly Stampt) in the Presence of Jn.o Steuart Seal Laz Venables William Halliwell Recorded the 28.th July 1764 5 1/2 Ex.d This Indenture made this Sixteenth day of June in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and Sixty four Between Cassandra Smith of Calvert County and Province of Maryland Merchant Widow of the one Part and Lurania Taneyhill Daughter of the said Cassandra and Wife of John Taneyhill of the County and Province aforesaid of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Cassandra Smith for and in Cassandra Smith for and in Consideration of the Natural Love and Affection which She the said Cassandra hath (and) |
