       and in my name Place and Stead put Duncan Campbell of the City of London Merchant
       my Present Partner in Trade my True and Lawfull Attorney for me and
       in my ^name^ Place and Stead and for my use and benefit to Ask Demand Sue for
       Distrain Collect recover and receive manage and Transact of from and with all
       and every Person and Persons Whomsoever living and ^or^ residing in any Part or Place
       of and in America and the West Indies or elsewhere all and every sum and sums
       of Money Rents Goods Chattells Debts Books Papers Writings and all and every
       kind of Wares Merchandizes Estate and Effects of what Nature Kind Quantity or
       Quality soever now due owing or in anywise belonging to me as Surviving Partner in
       all or any my former Partnerships in Trade or as due owing or in anywise belonging
       to me in my own Right or in any Otherwise Whatsoever Seperated and distinct from
       my Present Partnership with the said Duncan Campbell And also to Compound
       Liquidate State Settle and Agree all Accounts Matters and Differences whatsoever
       which now are or hereafter shall be Depending between me as Surviving Partner
       as aforesaid or in my own Right or Otherwise and any Person or Persons Whomsoever
       for or upon Account of the said Former Copartnership or my own Seperate
       Affairs or Otherwise howsoever as herein before mentioned And upon ref Receipt of
       all and every such Sum and Sums of Money Goods Chattells Books Papers Deed Writings
       and Effects for me and in my name Place and Stead or in the name of my said
       Attorney or Otherwise as he shall think fit and Necessary to Give full and Sufficient
       releases Acquittances and Discharges for the same and every part and Parcell of
       the same And also for me and in my Name Place and Stead to Sign Seal and
       as my Act and Deed deliver all and every Deeds Instruments and Writings Whatsoever
       as shall be Necessary and my said Attorney shall think fit And I do
       hereby Give full Power and Authority to the said Duncan Campbell to Substitute
       and Appoint one or more Attorney or Attorneys under him from time to
