       Acres Bought of Thomas Sparrow and John Bond Fryes Plains Containing four
       hundred Acres all which aforegoing Tracts or Parcells of Land are lying and being
       in Baltimore County Howards Mine Bank bought of John Howard in which
       those are in Fee Simple one Thousand ^Hundred^ Acres and ^a Right to^ all the ^Iron^ Oar on his Lands
       Besides which said Tract or Parcell of Land is lying and being in Ann Arundle
       County and also a Tract or Parcell of Land called Cuttonburn Containing Two
       hundred Acres bought of Jonathan Stackey wherein there now stands the Nottingham
       Forge a Saw Mill Forge and Mill Damm and other Improvements
       and all that Tract or Parcell of Land called Richardsons Outlett Containing two
       hundred Acres Bought of William Andrew and George Simmons and also all
       that Three hundred and Sixty nine Acres of Land on which is Situated a Forge
       Commonly called Lancashire Forge the said three ^last^ mentioned three Tracts of Land
       lying and being in Baltimore County and also of and in all Lands which
       have been bought Agreed for or Taken up by the said Company either by
       Virtue of Writs Adquod Damnum or by any other ways or means Whatsoever
       for the Purpose of carrying on the Iron Works aforesaid and of and in all Houses
       Tenements Erections Buildings and Iron Works and also of and in all ways
       Water and Water Courses Plantations Trees Woods Underwoods Commons common
       of Pasture Mines Oar Hereditaments and Appurtenances Whatsoever to the
       said Messuages Lands Tenements Iron Works Hereditaments and Premisses
       or any Part or Parcell thereof belonging or in anywise Appertaining But that
       the said John Buchanan shall and may Lawfully and Quietly enjoy the
       said several Tracts or Parcells of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       without the Let or Interruption of the said Adam Thomson and Lettice his
       Wife or of any Person or Persons Whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or
       under the said Adam Thomson and Lettice his Wife or either of them and
       the said Adam Thomson & Lettice his Wife for the Consideration aforesaid
