       before the Sealing and Delivery hereof By the said John Buchanan of the City of London
       in Great Britain Merchant ^in hand paid^ the Receipt whereof the said Adam Thomson Doth hereby
       Acknowledge The said Adam Thompson hath covenanted Granted Concluded and Agreed
       And by these Presents doth Covenant Grant conclude and Agree to and with the said
       John Buchanan his Heirs and Assigns That the said Adam Thomson and Lettice
       or them and ^or^ her Heirs shall not at any Time hereafter sue for Chalerlge Challenge
       or Demand By Writ of Dower or Otherwise any Dower or Title of Dower of and
       in all those several Tracts or Parcells of Land called Jacobs Choice Containing Seven
       hundred and Seventy eight Acres of Land Broughtons Forrest Containing Seventy
       nine Acres And Addition to Broughtons Forrest Containing Twelve Acres of Land
       Bought of Daniel Dulany whereon stands the Furnace Water Mill and other Buildings
       with Mill Damms Meadows Water Courses and other Improvements And the
       Tracts or Parcells of Land called the Adventure Containing Two hundred Acres and
       Matthews Choice Containing Two hundred and eighteen Acres of Land Bought of John
       Boring Three Sisters Containing one Thousand and one hundred Acres Bought of
       James Heath Richardsons Neglect Containing Four hundred Acres Bought of
       Henry Hendrickson and William Andrew Back Lingace Containing four hundred
       and fifty Acres Bought of Thomas Swann and William Andrew New Years Purchase
       Containing five hundred Acres Bought of John Lucks and Philip Dowet Troublesome
       Containing Three hundred Acres Bought of Walter Dallas Matthews Chance
       Containing one hundred Acres Bought of John McKommekon part of Sewals fancy
       Containing Two hundred and fifty Acres Bought of Philip Wilkenson Swenson
       and Sinson Containing Two hundred and Fifty Acres Bought of Daniel Dulany
       Nottingham Resurvey Containing four Thousand Acres Begining Twenty
       Acres Bought of Thomas Franklin James' Park Containing five hundred
