       sum of One Thousand Pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain by Good Bills
       of Exchange drawn on some Responsible Merchant in London at thirty days
       sight with legal Interest for the same from the date thereof together with the
       Charge of Drawing and Recording the aforesaid Indenture or Deed of
       Mortgage at or upon the tenth day of April which should be in the Year
       of our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred and Sixty five without fraud or further
       delay then the said Indenture or Deed of Mortgage was to be
       Void and of no Effect else to be and remain in full Force and Virtue in
       Law as by the said Indenture or Deed of Mortgage duly executed and
       Acknowledged and Recorded in the Provincial Court Land Records in
       Liber DD N.o 2 folios 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 & 26 Reference being thereunto had
       may more fully and at large Appear And Whereas the said Zacheus Onion
       hath not Paid or Satisfied to the said John Brice the aforesaid sum of
       One Thousand Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain ^nor any Part or Parcell of the said One thousand Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain^ nor the Interest thereof
       nor the Interest thereof nor any Part or Parcell of the Interest but the same and every Part
       and Parcell thereof together with the whole of the Interest thereof is and remains
       due to the aforesaid John Brice from the said Zacheus Onion and also the
       Charge of drawing and recording the aforerecited Mortgage is still due from the
       said Zacheus Onion to the said John Brice and which by Agreement
       between the Parties to these Presents is rated at one Pound ten shillings Sterling
       And Whereas at the Special Instance and request of the said Zacheus
       Onion a further day of Payment is to be given to him than is mentioned
       in the aforerecited Deed of Mortgage and for that Purpose hath Prayed
       a renewment of the said Indenture or Deed of Mortgage & that the Interest
       and all other Money Advanced for him by the said John Brice with Interest
       may be included And Whereas the aforesaid sum of one Thousand Pounds
       Sterling Money with the legal Interest thereon to the day of the date of
