       Cumming Esquire Deceased taken as aforesaid in Execution for the Commissioners
       of the Paper Currency by him the said Samuel Beall together with all
       and Singular the Houses Edifices Buildings Profits Commodities Improvements
       and Advantages to the same belonging or in anywise Appertaining and the
       Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever
       of him the ^afore^said William Cumming of in to or out of the aforesaid Tract of Land
       To have and to hold the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       unto him the said Bazil Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever and to
       or for no other use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever And the said Samuel Beall
       for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant Promise Grant
       and Agree to and with him the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns
       that he the said Samuel Beall his Heirs Executors and Administrators the said
       Premisses hereby Granted bargained and Sold or intended so to be with every of the
       Appurtenances unto him the said Basil Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns against
       him the said Samuel Beall and his Heirs and all and every other Person
       or Persons Whatsoever Claiming or Pretending to Claim any Right Title or Interest
       out of or in the same by from or under him the said Samuel Beall or his
       Heirs shall and will forever Warrant and forever Defend by these Presents In
       Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably
       set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above Written
