       ensuing on the Premisses between one and three of the Clock a Valuable Tract of
       Land lying near Linganore in Frederick County aforesaid called Drummine
       containing Six hundred and Sixty eight Acres late the Property of William
       Cumming Esquire Deceased taken in Execution for the Commissions of the
       Paper Currency by him the said Samuel Beall Sheriff of Frederick County
       aforesaid as by the said Advertisement referrence being thereto had may
       more fully Appear And Whereas on the aforesaid thirteenth day of September
       in the Year last aforesaid the aforesaid Tract of Land being by him the said
       Samuel Beall in Pursuance of the Firefacias aforesaid and the above Advertisement
       exposed to Sale he the said Bazil Dorsey was then and there the
       highest bidder for the sum of One hundred and forty Pounds Current Money
      
          Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Samuel Beall in Pursuance
       of the said Writ and Sale and for and in Consideration of the
       sum of One hundred and forty Pounds Current Money of Maryland
       to him the said Samuel Beall in Hand Paid before the Sealing and
       Delivery of these Presents by the said Bazil Dorsey the receipt and Payment whereof
       the said Samuel Beall doth hereby Acknowledge and the said Bazil Dorsey
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators thereof and therefrom and of and from
      every Part and Parcell thereof by these Presents fully Acquitted and Discharged
       Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened remised released enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and hereby Doth Grant Bargain ^Sell^ Alien remise release ^enfeoff^ and
       Confirm unto him the said Bazil Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns all
       the aforesaid Tract of Land near Linganore in Frederick County
       aforesaid called Drummine Containing Six hundred and Sixty eight
       Acres as aforesaid late the Property of the aforesaid William Cumming
