       by the aforesaid Robert Gordon to them the said Commissioners or Trustees or their Successors
       they the said Commissioners or Trustees did by Force thereof recover Judgment in the
       same Provincial Court against the aforesaid William Cumming for the aforesaid
       sum of One hundred and forty eight pounds to be levied of the Lands and Tenements
       which were of the aforesaid William Cummings on the aforesaid fourteenth day of
       March or at any Time after upon which said Judgment in April Term in the Year
       of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Sixty two a Writ of Firefacias Retiomable
       before the Justices of the said Provincial Court to beheld at Annapolis on the second
       Tuesday of September then next ensuing issued out of the said Court Commanding
       the said late Sheriff that of the Lands and Tenements which were of the aforesaid
       William Cummings on the aforesaid fourteenth day of March or at any time after
       and of the Goods and Chattells which were of the aforesaid William Cumming with
       in the Bailywick of him the said Samuel Beall being he cause to be made the
       aforesaid sum of One hundred and Forty eight Pounds as by the said Writ of
       Firefacias referrence being thereunto had may more fully Appear which same firefacias
       was Directed and delivered unto the said Samuel Beall at that Time Sheriff
       of Frederick County aforesaid in due Form of Law to be executed by Virtue
       Whereof the aforesaid Samuel Beall entered into and upon the Tract of Land
       herein after mentioned and seized and took Possession of the same and had the
       same Appraised in due form of Law and on the second day of August in
       the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Sixty two the aforesaid Samuel
       Beall caused to be Published in the Maryland Gazette an Advertisement
       Purporting that by Virtue of a Writ to him the said Samuel Beall directed
       would be exposed Sale on the thirteenth day of September then next ensuing
