       Henry Hall of in to or out of the said Lands and Tenements Goods and
       Chattells and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues and Profitts thereof and of every Part and Parcell thereof To have
       And to hold all and Singular the Lands Houses Goods and Chattells aforesaid
       and Premisses unto him the said John Hall his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns to the only Proper use and behoof of him the
       said John Hall his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns forever and
       to or for no other use intent or Purpose Whatsoever Provided Allways and
       these Presents are upon this Condition that if the said Henry Hall his Heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assigns do and shall well and Truly pay
       or cause to be Paid unto him the said John Hall his Executors Administrators
       or Assigns the aforesaid sum of Five hundred Pounds Sterling Money
       at or before the Tenth day of Frebruary next ensuing the Date hereof
       with legal Interest thereon without any Fraud or further delay then and in
       such Case this Present Indenture and every Clause Article and thing herein
       Contained shall cease Determine and become Absolutely Void any
       thing herein before Contained to the Contrary Notwithstanding And
       the said Henry Hall for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       doth hereby Promise and Agree to and with the said John Hall his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns in Manner and Form Following
       that is to say that he the said Henry Hall his Heirs Executors or Administrators
       shall and will Well and Truly Pay or cause to be Paid unto him
       the said John Hall his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid
       Sum of Five hundred Pounds Sterling with legal Interest for the same
       on the Tenth day of February next ensuing the Date hereof and in Manner
       as in the Condition or Proviso herein before is Contained In
