       Records may fully and at large Appear And Whereas Mareen Fowler Thomas
       Fowler son of William and William Fowler Jun.r ^all^ of Prince Georges County
       Planters did by their several Deeds of Mortgage executed in the Months of February
       and March last past for the Consideration in the said Several Deeds mentioned
       Grant Bargain and Sell unto him the said Henry Hall his Heirs and
       Assigns their Several and Respective Parts of a Tract or Parcell of Land Scituate lying
       and being in Prince Georges County af.d Called Ridgleys and Tylers Chance
       Particularly Described in the said Several Deeds Containing in the said
       Parts two hundred and forty Acres of Land together with divers Goods and Chattels
       in the said Deeds Mentioned under a Proviso to be Void on their ^and each of their^ paying the
       Several sums of Money in the same Deeds Specified with legal Interest for the
       same at the Time therein expresly limitted as by the said Several Deeds of Mortgage
       duely Acknowledged and Recorded Amongst the Records of Prince Georges
       County may fully and at large Appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth
       that the said Henry hall for and in Consideration of the sum of Five hundred
       Pounds Sterling Money of Great Britain to him in hand Paid at or before the
       ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged
       and the said John Hall his Heirs Executors and Administrators thereof and
       therefrom Acquitted released exonerated and Discharged by these Presents Hath
       Given Granted Bargained Sold released Assigned transferred and set over ^and by these Presents Doth Give Grant Bargain Sell Assign Transfer and set over^ unto him
       the said John Hall his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns all and
       Singular the Lands Houses Goods and Chattels in the same Several
       Deeds Particularly Mentioned and above recited together with all and Singular
       the Improvements Buildings Profitts Commodities and Advantages to the same
       belonging or in any Wise Appertaining and all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Use Trust Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said
