335 Ex.d This Indenture made the fifteenth day of May in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty four Between Henry Hall of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman of the one Part and John Hall of the County and Province aforesaid Attorney at Law of the other Part Whereas William Denune of Prince Georges County did by Deed bearing Date on or about the Seventh day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty three for the Consideration therein Mentioned Give Grant Bargain and Sell unto him the same Henry Hall his Heirs and Assigns forever all that Tract Piece or Parcell of Land or Part of a Tract Piece or Parcell of Land lying Scituate and being in Prince Georges County and now known by the Name of Denunes Purchase it being Part of that Part of Tract or Parcell of Land heretofore Sold by Henry Hall of Ann Arundel County Clk unto Jacob Henderson and Robert Tyler both of Prince Georges County aforesaid (and then esteamed and called Part of Parrots Manor) Begining for said Land at a bounded Hiccory Standing on the West side of Patuxent River and running from thence West three hundred and Twenty Perches then North North West ninety eight Perches then East forty Perches to Patuxent River then bounding by and with the said River to the first Begining three Containing and laid out for Two hundred Acres of Land more or Less together with all Woods Under Woods Timber and Timber Trees Houses Orchards Gardens Fences and Appurtenances to the same belonging To hold the said Land and Premisses to him the said Henry Hall his Heirs and assigns forever as by the same Deed duly Acknowledged and Recorded in Prince Georges County Land (Records) |
