328 Course of Bellyake Thicket then Bounding on the ^that^ said Land the three Following Course thence West Twenty six Perches North thirty degrees West Fifty four Perches thence North Seventy three degrees East Twenty eight Perches and with a straight line to the Begining laid out for Forty three Acres of Land more or Less Warranting the said Land and all Impurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Lancelot Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns for ever from all Persons Or Persons whatsoever from by or under Me My Heirs or Assigns In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Nineteenth day of March Anno Domini 1764 Signed Sealed and Delivered Edw.d Dorsey of BC seal in Presence of us Ephoward John Burgess Jun.r On the Back of the above Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received March the 19 1764 In Consideration Specified in the within Deed P Me Edw.d Dorsey of BC Test John Burgess Jun.r On the 19.th day of March Came Me Edward Dorsey of Baltimore County Before Us two of his Lordships Justices of Ann.ll County and Acknowledged the within Deed and the Land therein Mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named Lancelot Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns ^forever^ And According to the Act of Assembly for that Case made and Provided and the same Day came Sarah Dorsey the Wife of the aforesaid Edward Dorsey and Being Privately examined According to the Law Acknouled her Right of Dower to within Mentioned Land to be Right and Estate of the within named Lancelot Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever without any Fears or Threats from her Husband Ephoward John Burgess Jun.r |
