       recover by common Recovery against the said James Hollyday all that Parcell of Land
       being part of a Tract of Land called Canterbury Manour lying in Talbot County af.d
       contained within the following Meets and Bounds Begining at the Northeast Angle or
       Corner of the Land called Turner and running with Arthur Connor's Line to a
       bounded Oak of the said Connor's Land and from the said oak east untill it intersects
       the Land formerly sold by Henry Parrott to James Berry then South with that Land
       untill it intersects the Back or West Line of the Land called Canterbury and with
       that Line West untill it intersects the Land called Turner ^and with that Land called Turner^ to the first mentioned
       Angle or Corner containing one hundred Acres with the Appurtenances in Talbot County
       af.d in which recovery the said James Hollyday did Vouch to Warranty the said
       af.d Henry Parrott which said Henry Parrott did Vouch over the Common Vouchee
       whereby a Good and Perfect common Recovery with Double Voucher of the said
       Premisses with the Appurtenances According to the usual Form of common Recoveries
       was had against the said James Hollyday and his Heirs as by the Record thereof
       remaining in the said Provincial Court it doth more at Large Appear Now
       this Indenture Witnesseth and it is hereby declared that the true intent and meaning
       of all these Parties to the said Recovery and to these Presents was before and
       at the Time of the said Recovery and yet is that the said Recovery and the Execution
       thereof should and shall be and enure and be Construed judged and taken to be
       and enure that the said Recoveror and his Heirs should and shall stand and
       be seised of the said Premisses with the Appurtenances and of ever Part and
       Parcell thereof to the Uses Intents and Purposes herein after set Down expressed
       and Declared and to no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       that is to say to the use of the said James Hollyday and his Assigns forever
       In Witness whereof the Parties af.d have to these Presents set their Hands
