317.

       Acknowledged Hath Granted Bargained and Sold and by these Presents
       Doth Grant Bargain and Sell unto him the said William Reynolds
       his Executors Administrators and Assigns All that Tract or Parcell of
       Land lying in Prince Georges County aforesaid called S.t James's containing
       seven hundred Acres Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens
       Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Previledges Improvements
       Emmoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the same Tract or Parcell of Land belonging or Appurtaining And
       the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents
       Issues and Profits thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or
       Parcell of Land and all and Singular the Premisses with its Rights
       Members and Appurtenances unto the said William Reynolds his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns from the day next before the Day of
       the Date of these Presents for and during and untill the full end and Term
       of one whole Year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat and
       ended To the intent and Purpose that (by Force and virtue of these Presents
       and of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession) the said William
       Reynolds may be in Actual Possession of the Premisses and be thereby
       enabled to take and Accept a Grant and Release of the Reversion and
       Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs forever   In Witness whereof
       the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their
       Hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year first above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
       in the Presence of                                    Geo Fraser      Seal

          Ja.s Brice
                               On the back of the above Deed was thus Written Viz.t
