316 (and "out" being firs Interlined) JRogers TStone J.r On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named William Brown the sum of Four hundred and Twenty one Pounds and Six Pence sterling Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him Paid to me I say Received by me Joseph Gill Witness JRogers TStone J.r On the 30.th Day of April 1764 Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Joseph Gill and Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Tract of Land therein mentioned and thereby Granted bargained and Sold or intended so to be and Premisses with the Appurtenances and every Part and Parcell thereof to be the Right Title and Estate of him the within named William Brown his Heirs and Assigns According to the true Intent and meaning of the same Deed and ^the^ Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided Before Geo Steuart Recorded the 30.th of April 1764 11 s.d Ex.d Ex.d This Indenture made this first day of March in the Year Seventeen hundred and Sixty four Between George Frazier of Prince Georges County Gentleman of the one Part and William Reynolds of Ann Arundel County Innholder of the other Part Witnesseth that the said George Frazier for and in Consideration of the sum of Five shillings Current Money to him in Hand Paid by the aforesaid William Reynolds at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby (Acknowledged) |
