       five Notches two Notches and five Notches it runs North Six hundred and forty Perches
       into the Woods bounded on the North by a line Drawn West one hundred and
       fifty Perches to Toutonfields on the West bounded by Towtonfields and running
       Parralel therewith Six hundred and forty Perches South to the Begining on the
       South bounded by the River on the East by that North Line containing and laid
       out for Six hundred Acres More or Less Together with all and Singular the Houses
       Out Houses Edifices Buildings Gardens Ways Waters Water Course Commodities
       Previledges and Advantages to the same Tract of land hereby granted Bargained
       and Sold or intended so to be belonging or in anywise Appurtaining And the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits
       thereof and of every Part and Parcell thereof And also all the Estate Right
       Title Interest use Trust Profit Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of
       him the said Joseph Gill of into and out of ^the same Tract of Land^ the every Part and Parcel of Land
       hereby Granted Bargained and Sold or intended so to be and Premisses with the
       Appurtenances and ^of into and out of^ every Part and Parcell thereof   To have and to hold the
       said Tract of land hereby Granted Bargained and Sold or intended so to be
       and Premisses with the Appurtenances and every Part and Parcell thereof to
       him the said William Brown his Heirs and Assigns to the only Proper Use
       and Behooffe of him the said William Brown his Heirs and Assigns forever
       Provided Always and these Presents are upon the Condition That if the said
       Joseph Gill his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall and do well
       and truly pay or cause to be Paid unto the said William Brown his Heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid sum of four hundred and
       Twenty four ^one^ Pounds and six Pence sterling Money with legal Interest
       thereon at or before the first day of January which will be in the Year
                                                                                        (Seventeen)
