30. or any other Recovery or Recoveries of the Said of the said Mentioned Promisses or any part thereof is and was meant and Intended to be and enure and is hereby declared to be and enure and that the recoveror therein named and his Heirs Should and Shall stand and be seized and of and recovered Premisses to and for the only Proper Use and Behoof of the said Henry Smith Hawkins his heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever that the aforesaid William Courts for himself his Heirs Ex.r and Adm.r doth hereby further Covenant Promise and agree to and with the said Henry Smith Hawkins his Heirs Exrs and Admrs that he the said William Courts his heirs Exrs and Administ.rs the Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances before mentioned unto the said Henry Smith Hawkins his Heirs and Assigns for ever and against him the said William Courts his Heirs Exrs and Admrs and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend in Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have here unto Interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seals the Day and Year first above written W Courts s Signed Sealed and Delivered Henry S Hawkins s in the Presence of us John Winter and Rob.t Horner Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within named Henry Smith Hawkins the sum of Five Shillings Current Money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned to be by him paid to me I say received by me Witness Jn.o Winter W Courts Rob.t Horner On the sixth day of December 1762 Came before us the subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of Charles County the within named William Courts and Henry Smith Hawkins and did severally Acknowledge the within Deed to be their respective Act and Deed to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes within mentioned and the Lands and Premisses within mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the said Henry Smith Hawkins his Heirs Assigns for Ever according to the true Intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in Such Case made and Provided Sworn before John Winter Rob.t Horner Charles |
