       County this 30.th day of March 1764

       I Michael Macnamara do Swear that I will not well faithfully and Impartially to
       the best of my skill and knowledge as Clerk of the High Court of Appeals and Errors
       Execute my Office and that I will not Willingly or Wittingly charge Ask
       take exact or Demand any other or larger Fees for doing my duty in my Office
       than is mentioned in the Act Intituled An Act for Amending the Staple of Tobacco
       for Preventing Fraud in his Majestys Customs and for the Limitation of Officers
       now in Force
