       the said undivided Two hundred and fifty Acres of Land so as aforesaid
       Surrendered to him the said Osborn Belt his Heirs and Assignes to the
       only proper use and behoofe of him the said Osborn Belt his Heirs and
       Assignes forever and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably
       set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t

       named John Belt Junior the within mentioned sum of one ^five^ shillings Sterling
       being the Consideration within mentioned to be him Paid to to him

           I Walter Ballison do swear that I will not for Lucre or Malice delay
       any Person or Persons Applying to me for any Buisiness belonging to the office
       I Officiate in and that I will not directly or Indirectly Ask Demand
       from or Charge to any such Person or Persons Whatsoever for any Service I
       shall do as Clerk of th said Office and also that in making out the Office
       Fees I will not Willingly or Wittingly Charge other or higher Fees than
       limitted by the Acc.t entituled an Act for Amending the Staple of Tobacco
