       Officiate in and that I will not Directly or Indirectly Ask Demand take
       or Receive from or Charge to any such Person or Persons to my own use (except
       my Sallary from my Principal any Fee or reward Whatsoever for any Service
       I shall do as Clerk of the said Office And that in making out the Office
       Fees I will not Willingly or Wittingly charge other or higher Fees than Limitted
       by the Act of Assembly entituled An Act for Amending the Staple of Tobacco
       for Preventing Frauds in his Majestys Customs and for the Limitation of
       Offices Fees
                                                 Sworn to this 30.th day of March 1764

          I Philip Richard Francis Lee do Swear that I will not for Lucre or
       Malice delay any Person or Persons Applying to me for any Buisiness belonging
       to the Office I Officiate in and that I will not Directly or Indirectly Ask
       Demand from or Charge to any such Person or Persons to my own Use
       (except my Sallary from my Principal) any Fee or Reward Whatsoever for
       any Service I shall do as Clerk of the said Office and Also that in making
