281.

       at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof
       is hereby Acknowledged and for the Docking barring and extinguishing all
       Estates Tail and all Reversions and Remainders thereupon expectant or
       Depending of and in the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments hereinafter
       mentioned he the said Osborn Bell (by and with the Advice and Consent of the said
       Richard Queen testified by his being a party to and his Sealing and executing
       these Presents) Hath Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released and Confirmed

           And by these Presents Doth grant Bargain Sell Alien release and confirm
       unto him the said Henry Jameson (in his Actual Possession now being
       by Virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made to ^by^ him the said
       Osborn Belt bearing date the next before the day of the Date of these
       Presents for whole Year commencing from the day next before the day of
       the date thereof and by Force of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession)
       his Heirs and Assigns all those undivided two hundred and fifty Acres
       of Land of that part of a Tract of Land called the Inclosure containing
       fifteen hundred and three Acres of Land lying in Prince Georges County
       aforesaid the said last mentioned part being to be Divided into three parts
       of two hundred and fifty Acres each and one part of two hundred and
       Ninety Acres and the whole of the said Part so to be Divided as aforesaid
       is butted and bounded as follows to wit Begining at the south east Corner
       of a Parcell of Land formerly bought by M.r John Wight from Benjamin
       Haddock and is Part of the said Inclosure Begining as aforesaid
       of the South East Corner of the said Wights Land there being a bounded
       Hickory and running ^thence^ South one hundred and Twenty Perches thence east
       One hundred Perches to the bound Tree of Seamans Delight then with the
       said Land East South east five hundred Perches thence south West seventy
