280 next ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended To the intent and Purpose that (by force and Virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession) the said Henry Jameson may be in the Actual Possession of the Premisses and be thereby enacted to take and Accept a Grant and Release of the Reversion and Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs forever In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day and Year first above Written his Osborn X Belt seal Mark Signed Sealed and Delivered in the Presence of us Henry Jameson Seal JRogers JStone Jun.r On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz.t Received on the first day of June March 1764 of and from the within named Henry Jameson the sum of five shillings Sterling Money being the Consideration Money within Mentioned to be by him Paid to me Witness I say received by me his Osborn X Belt JRogers Mark T Stone Jun.r 7 s.d Recorded the 14.th April 1764 Ex.d This Indenture Tripartite made this second day of March in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and sixty four Between Osborn Bell of Prince Georges County Planter of the first part Henry Jameson of Prince Georges County Planter of the second Part and Richard Queen of Prince Georges County ^Planter^ of the third Part Witnesseth that the said Osborn Bell for and in Consideration of the sum of one hundred and Sixty Pounds Sterling Money to him in hand Paid by the said Henry Jameson (at or) |
