       five Perches then south eighty Perches to the bound Tree of Colonel Jowles Land then
       with the said Land North North West five hundred Perches then West South West to
       the bound Tree of Andrew Clarks Land one hundred and Sixty Perches then with the
       said Land West five degrees Southerly one hundred and thirty Perches thence South
       South east two hundred and thirteen Perches to the bound Tree of Walker Thompsons
       Land then with the said Land West South West one hundred and sixty Perches
       to the bound Tree of the HoppYard then with the said Land West by south
       one hundred and Sixty Perches to the last bound Tree of Duddington Mannor then
       North eighteen degrees and a Quarter Easterly five hundred and ten Perches to a
       bounded Oak the South West Corner Tree of the aforesaid John Wights Land then
       with the said Land by a Streight line to the first bound Tree Containing and laid
       out for one thousand forty and seven Acres more or Less Together with all Edifices
       Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Commodities Previledges Improvements
       Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same undivided
       two hundred and fifty Acres of Land belonging or Appertaining And the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profitts thereof and of every
       Part and Parcell thereof And all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Property
       Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said Osborn Belt of into
       or out of the said undivided two hundred and fifty Acres and Premisses with
       the Appurtenances and of in and to every Part and Parcell thereof To have and
       to hold the said undivided two hundred and fifty Acres of Land and all
       and Singular the Premisses with its Rights Members and Appurtenances
       to him the said Henry Jameson his Heirs and Assigns To the Intent and
       Purpose that the said Henry Jameson may be and become Perfect Tenant
       of the Freehold and Inheritance of the said Premisses that a common
