Ex.d      Maryland fs.t   To all People to whom these Presents shall come Know
       Ye that I Edward Dorsey of Ann Arundell County for and in Consideration
       of the full and Just sum of Ten Pound Sterling Money of Great Britain to
       me in hand Paid by Edw.d Dorsey Jun.r the receipt whereof I Doe hereby
       Acknowledge and Doe by these Presents Give Grant Sell and Confirm unto
       my son Edward Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever a Parcell of Land lying
       in Baltimore County being Part of a Tract of Land called Elys Lott
       Beginning for the said Tract or Parcell of Land at the end of the eight Corse
       of the said Tract and running thence and Bounding on the Original survey
       the Eleven following Courses South Seventy nine degrees east Sixteen Perches south
       eighty eight degrees east forty six Perches South thirty five degrees east eighteen
       Perches South Twenty degrees West Thirty Perches South thirty two degrees
       east Twenty six Perches North Sixty five degrees east thirty four Perches North
       thirty six Perches North Seventy eight degrees east Twenty two Perches North
       eighteen degrees West thirty six Perches North forty two degrees West forty
       eight Perches North fifty three degrees West thirty four Perches and then
       with a Straight line to the Begining Containing and now laid out for
       fifty Acres of Land More or Less Warrenting the said Land and all the
       Impertenances thereunto belonging unto my said son Edward Dorsey his Heirs
       and Assigns forever from all Persons or Person whatsoever from by or under me
       my Heirs or Assigns In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and
       Seal this Nineteenth day of March Anno Domini 1764

       in Presence of us
          Ephoward                     On the Back of the above Deed was thus Written Viz.t
