       and Assigned         In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my Hand
       and Affixed the Public Seal of the said ^County^ this 16th day of November Anno

       Received of M.r Richard Bond one shilling and nine Pence three farthings
       sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on
       the within Ninety Acres of Land by Virtue of a Commission from Edw.d
       Lloyd Esq his said Lordships Agent and Receiver General

Ex.d Maryland fs.t   To all People to whom these Presents shall come Know
       Ye that I Edward Dorsey Jun.r of Baltimore County Planter for and in the
       Consideration of the full and Just sum of Ten Pounds Sterling Money of Great
       Britain to me in Hand Paid by Edw.d Dorsey Sen.r of Ann Arundel County
       the Recept whereof I do hereby Acknowledge and by these Presents Give Grant
       Sell and Confirm unto the said Edw.d Dorsey Sen.r his Heirs and Assigns forever
       Part of Tract or Parcell of Land lying in Baltimore County called Dorsey thickett
       Begining for the said Land at the end of the Twenty ^second^ Corse of Belly Ake
       thickett and running thence North Sixty six degrees East eighty four Perches
       thence South viz degrees Eastherly eight thence South fifty five degrees east forty
       Perches thence South Seventy Degrees east Twelve Perches South fifteen degrees
       West Seventy two then to the end of the fourteenth Corse of Belliake
       thickett then South thirty three degrees North West twenty eight Perches
       then North eighty degrees West Twenty two Perches then North twenty degrees
       east Seventy eight Perches thence North Seventy five Degrees West thirty two Perches
       thence South thirty two Degrees West Sixty Perches thence North forty five
       degrees West Twelve Perches thence North four degrees east thirty eight Perches
       and then with a Straight line ^to the Begining^ Containing and now Laid out for fifty Ac.rs of
       Land more or Less Warrantg the said Land all the Impertances thereunto
