253 Improvements Profits Commodities and Advantages to the same belonging or in anywise Appertaining and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every Part and Parcell thereof and of the said Several Tracts of Land hereby Conveyed or intended so to be with their and each and every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances To have and to Hold the aforesaid several Tracts parts or Parcells of Land above Described (except as before excepted) and hereby conveyed or intended unto him the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns forever to and for the Uses intents and Purposes in the same Articles of Agreement and hereafter expressed and to or for no other use intent or Purpose whatsoever Provided always and it is the true intent and meaning of these Presents and of the Parties hereunto that untill the Moneys aforesaid shall become due and Payable and the Lands and Tenements aforesaid under the Necessity of being Sold to raise the same that it shall and may be Lawfull for the said Daniel Carroll his Heirs and Assigns to have hold Possess Occupy and enjoy the said Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and every part and Parcell thereof and to take Collect and Receive to his own Proper use the Rents Issues and Profits ^thereof^ and of every Part and Parcel thereof without the let Trouble Molestation or hindrance whatsoever of the said Charles Carroll his Heirs and Assigns And Provided always and it is the true intent and meaning of these Presents that It shall and may be lawfull for the said Daniel Carroll and his Heirs at any time or time hereafter by Indenture under his or their hand and seal respectively to Devise or leave the Premisses hereby Conveyed or any part thereof to any Person or Persons for any term or Number of Acres ^Years^ not exceeding Twenty One years in Possession and not in Reversion remainder or Expectancy so as upon every such Lease there be reserved and made Payable during the Continuance thereof the most and best Improved Yearly Rent that can be had or reasonably Obtained for the same without taking any sum or sums of Money or other thing by way of Fine and so as none of the said Leases be made Dispunishable by ^of^ Waste by any Words therein contained and so as the said Leases have therein the Usual Covenants of ReEntry and other Covenants common in such Cases And the said Charles Carroll for himself and his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Daniel Carroll his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Charles Carroll and his Heirs shall and will stand and be Seised of the Lands Tenements and Hereditaments aforesaid hereby (Conveyed) |
