252 Containing by Patent four Thousand two hundred and twenty Acres of Land more or less (Except and always Reserved the Quantity of three hundred and twenty six Acres of Land Sold and conveyed to a Certain Joseph Belt and also except the further Quantity of three hundred Acres sold and conveyed to a Certain Hugh Conn as by Deeds from Thomas Butler the Former Proprietor of the Land may Appear /^And^ also the Dwelling House and other Tenements now in Possession of him the Daniel Carroll Situate lying and being in Upper Malbro in Prince Georges County Also one Tract of Land called Darnalls Chance Containing and laid out for One hundred and five acres more or Less in and Adjacent to the said Town of Upper Malbro also one other Tract of Land called Addition to Chance Containing and laid out for One hundred and five Acres more or Less in and Adjacent to the said Town of Upper Malbro & all the Meadows and Meadow Grounds and Uplands Adjacent now in Possession of ^the said^ Daniel Carroll/ except and always reserved out of the Lotts and Lands in Malbro and thereto Adjacent all those Lotts and Lands already Sold out & the Water Mill and Bake House with the Water Course to the said Mill and three Acres of Land Adjacent to the said Mill and Bake House on the Premisses Bounded ^on^ one side by the Ditch of the Great Meadow and on the other side by the Cabbin branch to the Ford with a line Drawn from the said Meadow from ^to^ the said Branch to include and Contain the said Mill & Bake House with three Acres of Land and also two small Tenements or Pieces of Ground allready Bargained for by the said Daniel Carroll the one in Possession of Joseph Sim whereof his Ston House is Built and the other in Possession of Henry King whereon he has Built a Dwelling House together with all and singular the Houses Edifices buildings (Improvements) |
