       in Justice Court and thereout   In Testimony of the above I have hereunto
seal set my Hand Affixed the seal of Calvert County Court the sixth day of
       February Anno Domini 1764
                                                                     W Ireland Clk Com Cal Cur.ll

       Received of M.r Thomas Harrison and others in this Deed mentioned two shillings
       and two Pence half Penny sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being
       the Alienation Fine on the within Fifty five Acres of Land by Virtue of a
       Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq his said Lordships Agent and receiver

Ex.d  Know all Men by these Presents that I Ellenor ^Carroll^ of Frederick County Gentleman
       for and in Consideration of the sum of five shillings sterling to me in
       hand Paid by David Carroll of Prince Georges County Gentleman have remisd
       released & Alltogether Quitt Claim to the said Daniel Carroll his
       Heirs and Assigns forever All the Right Title Claim & Estate which I
       have or by any means may have of & into y.e Messuage or Tenement within
       or Contiguous to the Town of Malbro with all the Houses Tenements Lotts
       Meadows Meadow Grounds with their and each of their Appurtenances
       On which were Demzd to me during my Natural Life by Daniel
       Carroll of  Upper Malbro during my Natural Life Prince Georges County
       Deceased   To have and to hold all the said Land & Premisses Lotts
       and Meadows & Meadow Grounds with their and each of their Appurtenances
       to him the said Daniel Carroll his Heirs and Assigns forever
       In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this
       thirteenth of January Anno Domini seventeen hundred and Sixty four
       Sealed and Delivered in the               E Carroll                     seal
