       Calvert County fs.t The third day of February 1764 Then Came before ^us^ the subscribers
       two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County of Calvert James Dale
       and Lydia his Wife Thomas Stallings and Frances his Wife and the af.d
       James Dale and Thomas Stallings did Acknowledge the within Instrument of
       Writing to be their Act and Deed and the within Granted and released
       Premisses to be the Right and Estate of the within named Thomas Harrison
       John Walker Susannah Walker James Walker Margaret Walker Charles
       Walker Agnes Walker Mary Walker and Catherine Walker According to
       the true intent and Meaning thereof and the af.d Lydia and Frances
       being also by us examined a part from and out of the hearing of their said
       Husbands did declare and Acknowledge the within Instrument to be their
       Act and Deed and the within Bargained and released Premisses to be the Right
       and Estate of the within named Thomas Harrison John Walker Susannah Walker
       James Walker Margaret Walker Charles Walker Agnes Walker Mary Walker
       and Catherine Walker their Heirs and Assigns According to the True
       intent and meaning of the within Deed And that they did sign seal and
       deliver the same and made this Acknowledgment freely and Voluntarily without
       any Threats or Compulsion of or from their said Husbands or for fear
       of their Displeasure

                         Calvert County to wit To all to whom these shall come I William
       Ireland Clerk of Calvert County Court do hereby certify that David Arnold and
       Charles Grahame Esquire the Persons signing and Attesting the above Acknowledgment
       and before whom the same Appears to be taken are and at the time
       when the same Bears Date were two of the Justices of the Peace of the
       Right Honourable the Lord Proprietary in and for the County of Calvert
       thereto duly Authorized Assigns Qualified and Appointed and that to all Certificates
       so signed by them due faith and full Credit is and ought to be given
